Sheena Manuel

Sheena grew up in Jeanerette, Louisiana, following in her mother's and grandmother's shadow as they lead her to the church by the tracks, Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. She watched her grandmother read a daily devotional book and always wanted one of her own. Her mother required her to spend time participating in youth ministries, which eventually lead her to attending Bible Study classes. Her love for writing about following God and reading His Word grew in those classes. This love birthed the book, I Surrender: A Ten-Week Journal Reading. In her book, she shares her experiences of how God continues to work in her life and lead her through the green and brown pastures! Through promoting her book, she discovered a common theme in her life...Transformation!

In that moment, she created Redesigning Minds, L.L.C. with the mission of transforming minds through educational products and services. She currently resides in Louisiana, where she teaches blind students. Her goal is to share God's word in a way that is understood by many, despite their denomination; support small business owners in redesigning their business; and educate children with disabilities.
